We guarantee the quality of our products. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase of our handcrafted wooden blocks.
You may return any item, in its resaleable, original condition, for any reason, within 14 days of purchase. A full refund will be issued less actual shipping charges incurred to ship product to you. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have a block that is damaged, cracked or split during NORMAL use, we will replace that item at no charge. Contact us at email@example.com. Let us know what block needs to be replaced and we will send you a new block.
HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE
1-Merchandise should be returned in new, unused and resell-able condition.

2-Please include the following information with your return:
Name, Address, Phone #, Order number, & Reason for return.

4-When item is received, we will credit your credit card for item, less any shipping charges that were incurred to ship product to you. We only refund shipping charges, if we made an error with your order, or if item was damaged upon arrival or in shipping.
5-You may receive an exchange for your return. If it is of greater value than your item, we will charge your card for the difference. If it is of lesser value, we will refund the difference.
